    SHIPPING POLICY Orgone Tech use Australia Post to deliver our parcels. Orders are packed and sent within 1-2 business days, unless you have requested a unique hand made Orgonite, which can take up to 14 days to be sent. Shipping time frames may vary from 2-10 business days, depending on location. There may be slight delays during peak periods. *If your order is urgent and required by a particular date, please contact us and we can post it express at an extra cost to you. we are not responsible for items that may go missing in transit, we are here to help if this does occur and we will do everything in our power to assist in locating the missing parcel. If a parcel is returned to Orgone Tech due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by you, or failure to collect from your local post office within the allocated time frame, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at an additional fee. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY Orgone Tech does not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, therefore if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss available options. Please keep in mind that our Orgone is hand made and we do our best to duplicate the Orgone in the images on our site, however at times it may look different to these images. Orgone consisting of natural metals and crystals, and crystals are also unique and often can not be replicated to identical nature. FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEM: If you receive an item which is found to be faulty or damaged, you will be required to return the item/s to Orgone Tech through a safe shipping method with tracking. Please contact us before you return any items and the item will be replaced when we receive the damaged item. This could take up to 10 days due to shipping times, we will do all that is possible in this case. we will be in contact throughout this process and thank you for your patience and consideration.
